Q: What is the Custom Design Process?
A: Since everything is 100% custom made, We can sketch a design for you or you can choose from hundred's of our custom Templates

Q: How long does it take to install my new custom doors?
A: Depending upon your template at the most; 4-6 Weeks. After the door is in we template the door for it's glass after that it will be installed in 4 weeks. The actual install will take 1 day.

Q: How long does it take for my new custom lighting?
A: If you choose a lighting fixture from our show room, you can take it that day, if you need the fixture customized, it will take up to 6- 8 weeks.

Q: How long does it take to install my custom designed Stone Cantera?
A: 8 – 12 weeks for design and creation; 1 – 5 Days to install depending upon the job.

Q: How long does it take for my new Granite countertops?
A: 2-3 weeks from template and than a 1 day install in most cases.

Q: What if I see a design I want that is not in your examples?
A: You can bring in a picture from a magazine or take a picture yourself and we can design it for you.

Q: Are you a member of the register of contractors?
A: We are a member in good standing with the ROC and the BBB and have been featured in several magazine publications.

Q: Where are your custom doors and lights and Cantera Stone made?
A: We custom fabricate all of our products in Mexico.

Q: How long will it take for my cabinet install?
A: 8 weeks after the working drawings are submitted.
