Our
procedure is to collect half when we begin your order and the balance
just prior to shipping. If your order includes a door, we will collect
at the time we order the door. Since we must pay for your door upon
order, we cannot cancel any order for a door.
Quantity Discounts, Packing and Freight Charges
For orders of less than 5 units, add $35 crating charge, freight FOB Houston.
For orders of 5 to 9 units, no crating charge, freight FOB Houston.
For orders of 10 or more units, no crating charge, freight paid.
Volume packing available upon request.
Damages in Shipment
All merchandise is securely packed and leaves our warehouse in good
condition. We are not liable for damage or loss of merchandise once it
has left our warehouse. If shipment shows outside evidence of damage or
you suspect damage:
1. Do not alter the shipping container until the freight carrier has inspected them.
2. Call trucking company to file claim immediately.
3. Notify us.
4. Shortages or damages must be reported within 2 days.
5. Do not return any merchandise to us without our prior authorization.
6. Merchandise is fully insured by delivery company for 100% of value.
